Inadvertently, sometimes you bottle up your emotions, preventing them from being freely expressed. This dream can be an invitation to be more spontaneous and to avoid repressing your feelings. However, the bottle's contents will illustrate your situation. Dreaming of bottles filled with water is a symbol of prosperity and joy; if they contain liquor it indicates that your feelings are not sincere: unpleasant incidents with the beloved are likely to occur; if it is champagne, you need to be more social; if it is poison, it represents evil thoughts on your part; if it is red wine, it will express your passions; and milk demonstrates your need for new ideas. Empty bottles indicate amorous disappointments, illness, or setbacks in your projects. You may be out of your internal resources and feel hollow. Despite the disappointments, you must try to recover and move on, and dreams may point out the way to do it.

Types of sleep
There are two types of sleep that most of the humans undergo - REM and NREM. REM refers to the Rapid Eye Movement and NREM refers to Non-Rapid Eye Movement. Every individual will alternate these two types of sleep. Non-REM sleep will occur for a short period of time in the first stage of your sleep followed by the REM sleep. Dreams occur during the REM stage, where it lasts for 20 minutes. According to a researcher, J. Allan Hobson, dreams that occur in REM stage are usually forgotten when the individual wakes up. Studies conducted on patients during sleep shows that the frontal lobes in the brain, that are responsible for storing information, are inactive during the REM stage, which is the main cause for forgetting the dreams. Studies also show that this is the stage where you have the most intense dreams.
Do blind people dream?
Dreams in blind people depend on the nature of their blindness. Individuals who have born blind will not have visual dreams instead they have night mares, most of them revolving around their challenges faced during the day. They experience dream through their sensory inputs like touch, smell, noise and emotions. People who were blinded after birth can experience visual dreams based on the visions or images that they have seen.
