The circle or disc is often a solar emblem. It also symbolizes, in many cases, heaven, perfection, and eternity. According to Jung, the square represents the pluralistic state of the subject that has not reached internal harmony (perfection); while the circle corresponded precisely to such final phase. The relationship of circle and square is very common in the universal spiritual morphology, especially in the mandalas of India and Tibet, as well as in the Chinese emblems (Yin and Yang). The circle also represents the idea of protection, especially when you dream that you are inside it. For Chinese people, circles have good feng shui. The omens of this dream, therefore, are always advantageous. Symbol of victory, a golden circle predicts inheritance; an iron circle, defeating enemies.

Improving memory can be done in a number of ways, and one of those is by having a good night's sleep. During sleep, your mind is still busy and going through the process of consolidation, where it strengthen your memories as well as the "practice" skills, which you have learned while you're awake. According to the associate professor at NYU Langone Medical Center, Dr. Rapoport says that something happens while we are all sleeping, and it helps us learn things better. Thus, if you're trying something new, you can perform it better right after you sleep.
Body reactions during sleep
Most of us must have experienced hallucinations or night mares. When we experience such dreams we are unable to move or react. This stage is referred to as sleep paralysis. This type of dream occurs in between wakefulness and REM. As it occurs during the REM stage, it causes complete muscle weakness preventing the individual reacting to the dreams.
